 h Clean Drinking Water We did it! Rotary Clubs in Marblehead\, Swampscott\
 , Interact students at Marblehead and Swampscott high schools\, and everyo
 ne involved in the Duct Tape Regatta over the past 5 years have played an 
 integral role in delivering clean drinking water to Lampiadi\, a rural vil
 lage of 600 people in Burkina Faso\, one of the most water-stressed nation
 s on the planet.  This project was an incredible success and overcame man
 y obstacles that would have thwarted a less intrepid implementation partne
 r. It took FOUR attempts at well drilling to find a sustainable solution f
 or this village. Thankfully\, we partnered with The BARKA Foundation\, a u
 nique\, dedicated and highly qualified non-profit working in Burkina Faso 
 since 2006. You’ll have the rare opportunity to meet BARKA’s co-founde
 rs and a delegation of 4 visitors from Burkina who helped make the project
  a success.    This project was among the first Future Vision grants fro
 m The Rotary Foundation in 2014. It was exemplary in the way it brought to
 gether numerous clubs\, schools\, communities in district 7930 including i
 nteract and rotoract students.  Come hear about the success we all made h
