This week, to welcome Arthur Schwartz to his new role as president, Rotarians Linda Sullivan and David Deutsch presented a surprise parody of Marc Brown’s iconic public TV cartoon series, Arthur! Both donning life size head masks of D. W. (Dora Winifred) and Arthur respectively, they enthroned Arthur Schwartz “live” in front of our Rotary Zoomies!
