Marblehead's Got Talent was a phenomenal hit. This year we awarded a total of $19,500 in performance scholarships. The $6000 first place went to Senior Colby Kramer who played Scherzo no. 2 Op. 31 by Frederic Chopin; $4000 each went to second place Junior Charlie Smith and Sophomore Mona Gelfgatt with an original song titled "Will Get Past This." Third place went to freshman Brady Weed who sang Ed Sheeran's "I See Fire." Junior, Griffen Collins, Seniors, Olivia Gardner, Audrey Jones and the duo of Nora Bekkai and Kasey Louden took home a scholarship for fourth place. With close to 150 onlookers, Marblehead's Got Talent was a roaring success at its new venue in Beverly.
