Congratulations to the winners of this year's Duct Tape Regatta 2013. The team was comprised of Marblehead Rotary Club members Ellen Winkler, Cahir McCoole, Zach Newell and his sister". Our thanks also goes to all the junior cheerleaders for their support, to Dieter Empacher, who designed the boat, and to Carl Siegal who built it!
